We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Refunds can be requested within 10 days of the initial purchase by contacting our customer support team.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refund requests made after the 10-day period will not be entertained.
  • Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
    • The software must not have been misused or modified.
    • The request must include valid reasons for dissatisfaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within the first 10 days are eligible for refunds as per our refund policy.

  • Clients must ensure they download and install updates promptly to enjoy the latest features and security patches.

11. Late Payments

In cases where payments are delayed or declined:

  • Services will be temporarily suspended until the payment is cleared.
  • If payment is not received within 30 days, the subscription may be permanently terminated.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in Satara, Maharashtra, in accordance with applicable laws.
